Our unique approach, we focus attention on the ‘person’ who delivers the consulting. Though this may sound lofty, this is the manner we work with our people.

Our selection process, initially, we request that the client always provides a detailed job description and the related assignment.
Based on this information, we match candidates to the assignment.

This occurs through personal interviews and technical skills screenings. Using these results, selectively, we identify potential candidates that both fit well in the company culture and have the correct technical skills for the project.

For each project, we report precisely what makes the candidate the ‘right candidate for the project’.

Once the candidate starts the project, we maintain permanent contact with both the consultant and the client.
