As a recruiter you are responsible for the end-to-end selection process, including: intake with the manager, selection, searches, cv & phone screening, interview, reporting and contract negotiation. A pro-active communication with as well hiring managers as HR partners is indispensable. In this role a strong focus on active searches in order to find talented candidates, through a variety of search methods (online sourcing, networking through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc…) will be very important.

Vereisten

- Min 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment of different type of profiles, preferably on site
- Experience in large organisations
- Business acumen
- FR, NL & UK
- Accountable, agile, collaborative, mature, convincing, result & customer oriented
- Strong organisational & administrative skills
- Willing to learn to work with our ATS system
- Flexibility:
- Willing and able to switch between medior and junior profiles
- Main working location is Brussels, but it will require to travel to other client's sites throughout the country
- Being able to work both independently and in team
- Full time assignment
- Starting ASAP
