As a first line Helpdesk Support Engineer, you will be integrated in a small team responsible for all infrastructure operations.

Your responsibilities as 1st line helpdesk support:

* End-user support by phone for Office Applications and general PC questions

* Deliver an immediate solution; you are not supposed to dispatch the incident/request

* Follow-up of the service requests in the ticketing tool

* Installation of PC and peripheral equipment (Bluetooth devices, …); some of the hardware and software will be unknown as it is business related but you will receive an in-house training onsite

Vereisten

Of course, there are some mandatory features you must possess to fit the profile we prioritized:

* You have at least 1 year of relevant experience in IT- support

* You have extensive experience in giving support on Office Applications and PC related questions

* You are a very communicative person

* You are a quick learner regarding the installation of business related hard- and software

Required languages

Fluent in French and/or Dutch and a good knowledge of the other national language
