Responsibilities:
- Design and implement standardized Request Fulfillment process, workflows and supporting documents
- Promote and enforce adherence to the process and policies associated with Request Fulfillment
- Planning and coordinating all activities to perform, monitor and report on the process
- Implement and maintain KPI's
- Ensure that objectives are realized
- work with other process owners (Incident Manager, Asset Manager) to ensure there is an integrated approach to the design and implementation of Request Fulfillment
- Collaborate with Helpdesk Team Lead
- Establish and maintain a constructive relationship between stakeholders and operational teams
- Propose functional levels of service to be delivered with the customer and documenting these levels in SLA's
- Realization of service performance reviews and improvement initiatives

Requirements

Competences:
- Bachelor degree (IT)
- 5+ years of experiences
