Within our company we’re looking for a talented German speaking Support Engineer.

As a Support Engineer First line you’ll find a great challenge within your tasks.

These are your main responsibilities and day to day tasks :
• Answering e-mails, phone calls of internal and external end-users in German, English and French or Dutch
• Analyzing various questions and problems to solve them
• Make sure to escalate problems to your colleagues of the second line
• You set priorities
• You make sure you deliver quality service
• You are the point of contact for al the end-users
• Follow-up of all administration, rapports and you register your actions via tickets

Requirements

As a support engineer you are :
• A hardcore problem solver
• Passionate about IT
• A good listener

As a support engineer you :
• Have a good IT knowledge
• Keep on learning on a day to day basis
• Keep your knowledge up to date with new technologies

Your language knowledge :
• German & French (English or Dutch)
